Travel arrangements can vary depending on the destination, season, and type of trip. Simple travel bookings may be arranged within a few days, while customized group trips, retreats, or international itineraries may require additional planning time.

We recommend contacting us as early as possible so we can provide the best options, pricing, and accommodations for your journey.

Monetary and/or in-kind travel donations help fund travel expenses for qualifying families, including flights, accommodations, meals, and activities.

If you need to cancel a reservation you must do so at least 14 days before the date of the trip in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel within 14 days of your trip, you will forfeit your deposit of 50% of the total trip cost.
